    I saw this show and it was actually recommended to take the supplement twice a day for best results. Here is a link to the article and you can find the African Mango reference on step 6.

    Dr. Khan from the Dr. Oz show says that the supplement may interact with a number of different medications, and would not recommend the supplement to anyone with diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma or who is taking antidepressants. Make sure you’ve consulted with your Dr. before taking any supplements.
